Finca Son Barbot by Homevillas360

This exceptional historic natural stone finca in the centre of the island for 10 people is located between Sant Llorenz des Cardassar and Artà. It is distributed over approx. 450 m2 and two floors. The house has a living room, a large kitchen, a dining room and 5 bedrooms.



The interior is stylish and sophisticated and has been thought through down to the smallest detail. The windows and patio doors allow plenty of light into the villa.

The main entrance leads into a small entrance hall, from which two bedrooms, a bathroom en suite and a separate bathroom can be accessed on the left.



One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 150 cm wide double bed and the other with two 90 cm wide single beds. To the right of the entrance is another foyer that leads to the living area, a separate kitchen and the staircase to the first floor.

The first floor is divided into three bedrooms, a living room with a pool table and a spacious bathroom. Two bedrooms have two beds of 90 cm each and the other bedroom has a 180 cm wide bed and a walk-in wardrobe. A small passageway leads to a romantic terrace with a view of the beautiful landscape and the pool.

The living area on the ground floor offers plenty of space for family gatherings and entertaining evenings as well as access to the garden and the 12 x 6 metre pool. There is a large covered terrace with a large dining table and an outdoor kitchen right by the large pool. There is also a small toilet in this area.



Numerous sun loungers and a green area surround the large pool. Two steps behind it, at the rear entrance, is the barbecue area. In this natural area there is a water pond, numerous private seating areas surrounded by fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and palm trees. On the other side of the pool you will find a table tennis table and a tennis court. To give you a taste of authentic country life, there are sheep and a few chickens at the back of the property.

Important Notes

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

A particular highlight of the village is the Via Romantica, a road that runs through Sant Llorenç and reflects the romance and beauty of the place.



Every Saturday, the village is transformed into a hive of activity when the weekly market takes place. Das ganze ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen, das aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Außenbereich kaputter Betonweg, defekte Außenbeleuchtung, defekte Schlösser, wackelige Armaturen, lieblose Kücheneinrichtung mit wenig Material, defekte Kaffeemaschine (eine von 2) es blieb eine kleine Maschine für 10 Personen. Defekter Fernseher bzw Receiver. Vermooster Tennisplatz. Auf jeweilige Anfrage beim Verwalter hatte man das Gefühl nur abgebuerstet zu werden , wenn man einen Mangel meldete. Kein einziger Mangel wurde behoben. ( Aussenlicht, Fernseher, Receiver, Kaffeemaschine )Das ganze bedarf einer gründlichen Überholung und einer Reinigung. Außerdem wird nirgends erwähnt,dass die Finca direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt.Ansonsten wäre es eine schöne Finca, die auch ihre Geld wert ist.

Fantastic!

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful villa. Ranging in age from 12 to 82, it was very nice to have 2 rooms at ground level. The pool is magnificent with sunbeds for everyone. As is the outside area with the outdoor kitchen, including a fridge and dishwasher. The garden and the scenery is beautiful, the padelcourt a nice extra! The location is nearby the eastern beaches.
