Heavily overpriced for a budget hotel-level service and amenities. Above average breakfast, but with almost no fresh food choices. Clean, but very small room and even smaller bathroom with tight space. Minibar is a great idea, but TV had almost no major international channels available. Not enough soap provided, even though I did put the "Please clean up my room" sign on the exterior of the door, nobody came for 2 days in a row! They don't always clean the rooms, so out of my 4 nights, for 2 I had to stay with the garbage piled up and get myself soap! Bathroom door could not be closed. Worn-down old staircase with 1-person elevator! Noisy air conditioner, but at least there was an exterior window. Location was quite good. Not too far from the train station, the sea, several restaurants and the port area. Very friendly receptionist provided great advice regarding visitation.

A very pleasant hotel with helpful staff

A nice hotel with efficient and friendly staff, and good wifi. There are some steps to the front door, but this is clearly shown on their website (thank you for your honesty!), and staff are happy to help. There is a lift inside. Breakfast is nicely done by attentive staff. It's within easy reach of the station (a word of warning about the station - allow plenty of time for its very long passageway), and sights such as the Russian Church and the Casino. San Remo is a lively resort, and worth a visit

Interesting hotel in odd building

Even though I booked in advance they did not have the correct room, they gave us a family room instead. The breakfast was pleasant to much sweet cakes for my liking though. The parking was paid for but the space was in an alley behind an empty building, not safe or secure. The staff were pleasant and eager to please.

Two nights in Sanremo

A nice hotel. Clean room, small but with all facilities and a good bathroom. A fully adequate hot and cold breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location between the railway station and the old city, walking distance to both. We found it to provide really good value in relation to the price paid.

Hotel comodo a Sanremo, 2 min dal centro , dai ristoranti e dalla spiaggia. Buona pulizia e colazione. Staff cordiale.
