The apartment is very central in the heart of the city of Sanremo, very close to the famous Ariston Theater!

The apartment has a living room connected to the dining area and kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom and a service bathroom.

Parking space can be found nearby for a fee.

Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The real strength of this apartment is its very central location. Located in Via Gaudio, a few steps (about 100 meters) from the famous Ariston Theater, it is located in the heart of the historic center of Sanremo. The area is full of charm and atmosphere, with typical outdoor cafes, artisan shops and alleys that connect the famous Via Matteotti with Piazza San Siro, where the ancient cathedral is located, and with Piazza Bresca, renowned for its lively nightlife.

You can't leave Sanremo without taking a walk on the splendid Promenade Imperatrice, with its elegant marble paving, majestic palm trees and the suggestive Statue of Spring, a work of the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.

-Bar there are various bars in the area;

-Ekom Supermarket: 1 minute on foot;

- From Genoa Airport, the best way to reach the apartment is by car/taxi (1 hour and 50 minutes - 140 Km).

Alternatively, you can take the bus towards "Brignole FS" to the "Piazza Acquaverde fronte stazione FS Principe" stop, from where you can take the train towards "Ventimiglia" to the "Sanremo" stop, a 13-minute walk from the property.

- From Sanremo Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 13 minutes.

- If you arrive by car, keep in mind that the apartment is located in a pedestrian area, so it is not possible to access directly under the house. You can use the paid parking at Real Park Sanremo (9 minutes on foot) or in the surrounding areas for a fee.
