Comfortable 70 m2 apartment near the center of Sanremo, able to accommodate up to 6 people, on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access). A few minutes from Piazza Colombo and the Ariston Theater, the location is ideal for exploring the city on foot and all services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets are within easy reach. The apartment consists of a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony.

The internal space is organized as follows:



- FULL KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table with chairs, fridge, freezer, moka, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to the balcony;

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, chest of drawers, 46" smart TV;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 46" smart TV;

- BEDROOM II with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with sink, bidet, shower cubicle, WC;

- BALCONY with access from the kitchen.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.

The real strength of this apartment is its very central location. Located in Via Pallavicini, near (about 450 meters) the famous Ariston Theater, it is just a few steps from the heart of the historic center of Sanremo. The area is full of charm and atmosphere, with typical outdoor cafes, artisan shops and alleys that connect the famous Via Matteotti with Piazza San Siro, where the ancient cathedral is located, and with Piazza Bresca, renowned for its lively nightlife.

You can't leave Sanremo without a walk on the splendid Lungomare Imperatrice, with its elegant marble flooring, majestic palm trees and the suggestive Statue of Spring, a work of the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.

-Bar del Corso: 2 minutes on foot;

-Eurospin (Supermarket): 4 minutes on foot.



- From Genoa airport, the best way to reach the apartment is by car/taxi (1 hour and 50 minutes - 140 km).

Alternatively, you can take the bus towards "Brignole FS" to the stop "Piazza Acquaverde fronte stazione FS Principe", from where you can take the train towards "Ventimiglia" to the stop "Sanremo", a 7-minute walk from the property.



- From Sanremo station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 7 minutes.



- If you arrive by car, you can use the paid parking "Volta" (1 minute walk) or in the surrounding areas for a fee.
