We are located in via Vittorio Emanuele II, at the beginning of the area called Conchiglia, it is located north of the town and extends to the neighboring municipality of Castagneto Carducci, where we find a stretch of beach bordered by 8 km of beautiful Mediterranean scrub. Here the beach is sandy, very wide and the sea is crystal clear. We find some bathing establishments (the Conchiglia precisely, the Perla, the Bucaniere) and 8 km of pristine beach where you can take long and pleasant walks. The center of the town and the promenade are less than 100 meters away.
At the beginning of the Conchiglia area, precisely in via Vittorio Emanuele II n.187, we rent a newly renovated apartment on the ground floor.

Internally it consists of a kitchenette open to the living room, double bedroom, very large bathroom and closet.

Outside there is another very convenient closet for storing sea objects and hanging out laundry. Please note that this closet is not directly connected to the house.

EQUIPMENT: induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, air conditioning, washing machine.

BEDS: There are 4 beds consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed.
