We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our entire stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The room was pretty good big room staff was great the only thing I would say it need improvement is the front door entrance is really difficult to find the entrance at first there Re no signs or anything but it was a nice place to stay

It was nice , the only thing that could be better is the drop off area and maybe a bigger sign to make it easier to find it, parking could be better but what makes up for everything else is the location, location is perfect, 3 or 4 minutes walk to the main attractions in the areaā€¦.

The room was clean, however the floor needs to be upgraded. Staff were just okay. The AC is pretty good. The place is decent for the price. The area is close to the ā€œCentro Historicoā€ and a lot restaurants. Thatā€™s a plus.

This was a very nice and clean hotel with a mattress more comfortable than my own. It is centrally located to everything that you want to visit including the presidential palace, the National Library, the cathedral, the plazas, and the shopping. My room was extremely clean as was the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and I would definitely stay there again.
