Very disappointed in this property. Extremely basic hotel. Room was on the 2nd. floor and there was no elevator. It had 2 double beds and only had a comforter on it. Sheets were old. Had only 1 bath towel. No coffee maker. Made reservations for 2 nights and checked out the morning after the first night because the room was uncomfortable. The hotel charged me for 2 nights anyway even though I only stayed 1 night. Definitely would not recommend it.

desde el principio de la reserva fueron muy amables con nosotros, eramos un grupode 13 y los cuartos estaban muy limpios. Lo unico es que no limpiaron dos cuartos, el mio y el de mi hermana y eso si me desagrado. Y una recomendacio es la calidad de almohadas, seria bueno que las cambiaras.

En general las instalaciones del hotel están bonitas, limpias, cómodas y ordenadas, el personal es amable, sin embargo cuando llegamos no había nadie en el front desk para atendernos, el guardia de seguroda tuvo que atendernos, claramente mal, pero porque no es el trabajo que le tocaba hacer y no sabía bien qué hacer. Dentro de la habitación, no servía la caja fuerte, tuvimos que demorarnos en salir hasta que llegaron a arreglarla, y sí lo hicieron pero deberían de cerciorarse que todo sirva bien desde el inicio y darle mantenimiento a todo lo que lo requiere, periódicamente; en el baño, el agua de la regadea no cae caliente, únicamente le quita lo helado al agua fría pero sigue fría, a la salida tampoco había nadie en el front desk para recibirnos las llaves, la señora de la limpieza nos las recibió. frísiendo fría, no es caliente.

Todo bien, lastimosamente el servicio deja mucho qué desear. La administradora o gerente ( pareciera) se portó muy grosera con un tema de la caja fuerte que no funcionaba, prácticamente burlándose de mí por pedir ese servicio, preguntando si es que traía 2 millones de dólares. Me pareció de mal gusto, solo quería guardar mis documentos personales para evitar cualquier incidente. Mucho para mejorar en servicio al cliente.
