Summary:

Look out over the Pacific from the shared pool, palapa and gardens, then head back to a calm, light-filled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo near La Rinconada. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, a big kitchen island, and a private patio for dining off the main bedroom. Playa Carrizalillo is within walking distance. Lockbox entry means you can arrive at any hour. Weekly cleaning is included on stays of 7+ nights.



The Space:

The living room is bright, with a large comfortable couch, a TV and air conditioning.



Bedrooms: the main bedroom has a queen bed and opens onto a private patio with outdoor dining. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both have air conditioning, a TV, ceiling fans and room-darkening shades.



Bathrooms: two full bathrooms with shampoo and body soap.



Kitchen: a large open kitchen with an island for eating or prep, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker, plus cookware and wine glasses.



Work: a desk area sits between the hall bathroom and the second bedroom.



Outdoors: the shared pool, palapa and tropical gardens all look out over the ocean.



Extras: washer and dryer, mosquito nets, portable fans and beach essentials. Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than one week.



Guest Access:

The whole condo is yours, along with the shared pool, palapa and gardens. Lockbox entry lets you arrive at any hour.



The Neighborhood:

You're close to La Rinconada, a lively strip of restaurants and boutique shops where locals and visitors gather day and evening. Playa Carrizalillo is within walking distance.



Getting Around:

You can walk to most places nearby, take a taxi or colectivo, or rent a car or motorbike. Zicatela, La Punta and El Centro are an easy taxi ride. There's free parking on the street.

Other Things to Note:

Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors, parties, events, or additional unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.



House rules: We are located in a friendly residential community and, while this is a vacation destination, it is also home to full-time residents. We kindly ask all guests to respect the privacy, comfort, and peaceful environment of our neighbors throughout their stay. -Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

-The outdoor pool is a shared community pool available only to registered guests. Parties, gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted in the pool or common areas. Pool hours and pool rules are posted inside the home and must be followed at all times.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in all common/shared community areas.

-Only the designated parking spot assigned to the property may be used. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing without notice.



Failure to follow community rules may result in fines, removal from common areas, or additional charges during your stay.



Late check-in is available via lockbox, with instructions provided in the Airbnb app. Please be mindful of neighbors when arriving late.



Late check-out may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee, depending on availability.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary to access the property.



Your stay includes 50 kWh of electricity per day. Any usage above this allowance will be charged at $5 MXN per additional kWh. Consumption is monitored daily, and meter readings can be provided upon request or if the limit is exceeded. To help stay within the allowance, we recommend turning off the A/C when leaving the property.



Hurricane season notice



If your stay falls during hurricane season, please be aware that storms can cause power outages in the area. These are outside our control and can happen at short notice. We're not able to offer refunds or partial refunds for power outages or other storm-related disruptions during your stay.



If severe weather or another natural event prevents you from travelling, cancellations will follow the cancellation policy on your booking. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers weather and natural events, as any claim for costs in that situation would need to go through your insurer.
