The rooms and hotel were well kept and clean. The ac unit in my room would make a ticking noise and made a loud boom. As for the staff our check in person was kind and friendly but we stayed here for our new years trip and we had the night supervisor pay us a visit at midnight stating we need to keep it down mind you the kids we not make access noise just talking and walking around. We were told if we wanted to celebrate new years we should have went somewhere which we did we traveled and stayed at there hotel. Also we had house keeping knocking at our door at 10 am stating we checked out when we did not. Our reservation shows a check out time of noon. I feel the hotel does need better insulation came in the hall we can hear talking and tvs from most of the rooms.
