The room had no trash can. The faucet in the tub broke off the wall and I could not use the shower or tub. The motel attendant told me my credit card had already been charged and he could not credit me or compensate for the poor room conditions. I would not ever stay at Vista Inn

Save yourself the time effort and money. What a truly disgusting hovel this place is. We booked two rooms and after an entire day of travel we arrived at 10pm to check in. 1st room stank of cigarettes so she got moved, her next room had not 1 but 2 broken tvs, dirty bedding, NO shower curtain or towels and to top it off NO light bulb in the bathroom. 2nd room was flooded by a broken fridge, had no microwave, no pole in the closet to hang things on, no lightbulbs in the lamps. Pubic hair all in the very dirty unchanged sheets and 2 towels. We had housekeeping come and change the bedding and give us a new fridge and more towels. The place was filthy, falling apart and quite frankly the health inspector needs to condemn the dump.

Horrible customer service. Roaches all over and too cheap to fix anything. At this price everything should look emaculant, on the contrary. Don't waste your time at this dump, anywhere else would be much better

Let me count the ways of disappointment: TV was not working so we had to switch room. The new room smelled of musty: curtains, couch and bedding. Shower-curtain had mole. No towels hand towels provided. Some random many walking the halls tried to follow me into my room. I didn't feel safe. Staff did have housekeeping clean room but forgot towels and new shower-curtain. Room still smelled. Because room curtains smelled musty. Staff said to ask if needed to leave the room to call them for escort. Staff were nice.
