Service was very slow at night because of low personal, 30+ min. to get service to room. A/C only stays in slow speed even if you put setting to high. Had to call again, remote wasn't working. They brought 2 remotes and 1 worked of the 2.

Staff was good. Facilities not so much main main thing NO HOT WATER!!! Let me start from the beginning, we got there on a chilly cold night could not turn on the heater, trying to shower with it being cold was not for me! We got moved to a different room, the second room was overly hot with out even turning on the heater, remotes for tv didn’t work, but the biggest problem! Was finally wanting to shower and NO HOT WATER!! Stayed 3 night and no hot water! We eventually got hot water on night that we got back to our room at 2:30am! The noisy early morning alap sucked! Very very thin walls, you could here the moving of chair in the downstairs room, And last they have a pool but not in working conditions.

The hotel is literally 2min from the airport. Really new and clean. Only downside is that there is nothing else around the hotel. You have to drive to the main city for entertainment or dining
