The pictures nothing like what they gave us. It was dirty even the sheets their was soxs from the last person staying their. No ac fan didnt even work. They left windows open when we got their at night we got bit by mosquitoes all night bathroom so small we needed to walk sideways to go in. Towels smelled mad as if they were left folded wet. Not very happy with out stay. We end up not staying the next day booked somewhere else.

Avoid!

I wasn't going to leave a review, but they emailed me asking me to do so, so here it is. The check in process was long, and I had to do it on both days I was there. it is located on a quiet poorly lit street (safety concerns). The bed sheets had stains on when I arrived. There is no service or drinking water available from the evening onwards. The room was next to the road which was very very noisy with traffic throughout the night and early morning. Both mornings loud music also began nearby before 7am. The hot water also takes so long to get warm that I thought there wasn't any at all the first night. The only good thing was the helpful and friendly receptionist Silvia.

Hice mi reservación y más tarde me llegó un correo diciendo q tenía q contactarlos para confirmar o de lo contrario mi reservación se cancelaría. Marque al número que ahí señalaban y la persona q contesto dijo q ya no trabajaba para ustedes, me dió otro número al cual nunca respondieron. Tuve q conseguir otro alojamiento pensando q cancelaron mi reservación. Aún así me aplicaron el cobro pese a la falta de comunicación

En verdad un buen lugar para hospedarse, tranquilo y en una zona cercana al centro, por lo que se llega caminando. Además de contar con cocina y refrigerador para cocinar como un área común. Todo muy agradable.

Está muy bien ubicado para llegar al centro. Cuando reservé mi estancia no venía claro que era hostal, hasta que llegué lo supe por que el nombre era diferente. La habitación tenía cortinas y colchas sucias, el personal fue muy amable.

En general es buen lugar para estar, se podría mejorar un poco en el aspecto de la habitación No. 4 ya que el cielo del sanitario se encuentra sin pintura y las paredes están un poco manchadas como si hubieran hecho mantenimiento y no las limpiaron a tiempo, en cuanto al servicio de facturación; no es al momento de la salida y tardan en mandar la documentación correspondiente, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la alameda y se puede llegar al centro histórico facilmente caminando

Muy amarga experiencia, el hotel estaba cerrado y nunca abrieron, tenía un letrero de serrado. Intenté comunicarme por teléfono y nunca contestaron!!!
