Room was very clean. Staff was great and fast. Food at the place was absolutely amazing! WiFi was a little spotty but hardly spent time in the room other than to sleep so it didn’t bother me at all. Location is great right in the middle of two gorgeous plazas.

Hotel was close to everything, it’s right in the historic center. The room had AC which was perfect because we had some hot weather while staying there. With the booking of another night they allowed us to leave our luggage to safe keep, while we made a trip to the huasteca potosina so we didn’t have to carry I would definitely recommend Hotel Gran Concordia 😊
