The location was perfect! We had everything we needed. Place was clean, neat, orderly, and uncluttered. Nice to have the parking garage out of the sun. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice touch, although we did not get the chance to use them. The only thing I would add to this property would be an AC unit, even if it was a portable one. Is the only reason that we didn't give it 5 stars.

Great Location!!!!

This condo is great. Very comfortable and clean. The only downsides were the door was difficult to enter, the microwave wasn't very good, no TV in one bedroom and we didn't have an email and password for the DirectTV in other bedroom. Other than those small mishaps it was an amazing place to stay. We are already planning on returning next year.

Perfect liocation

Exceptionally clean, lovely views with lots of windows. Had a little trouble with the lock but management quickly addressed it. Really close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would love to return. One thing to note is the hotel next door gets early deliveries and it can be a little loud at 7am. I just used that as a reason to take a long walk on the beach.

The condo was very cute and very clean, the front door kept getting jammed, and it was very difficult to get in and out of the door. The location was great.. I experience challenges with the Verbo app and the communication via emails and the app. Which I had never had issues before.

Perfect location

Ocean views from the living room! You can eat your meals at the kitchen table while watching the waves crash. Steps to the beach, easily accessible, rooms were good size for a family of 4. A bit scarce on dishware but overall the kitchen had all that was needed for simple meals. Loved that you could walk to shops and restaurants.

Super Clean and steps to the Beach

Very well furnished, super clean, comfortable beds. Only suggestion we had was it would be nice to include directions on how to access channels on tvs, and some of the outlets were too loose to hold a plug. Overall we were VERY happy with the location and accommodations. Would stay again.

Beautiful Beach Bungalo

Annual girls weekend - 4 of us stayed in this 2 bedroom condo with en suite full bathrooms. The living room/dining room was open with large windows that looked out to ocean. The furniture was very comfy for the late night chit chat and the kitchen while small had everything you need - from full fridge, microwave and range to coffee maker and toaster. The location could not have been better right next to the beach and less than a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the ❤️ of Pismo. The owner was very easy to communicate with in advance regarding amenities and check in. Would definitely stay here again if coming to the area.

Nice 2 bedroom condo steps from beach. Perfect for weekend get away. Nice to have 2 separate bathrooms. There is no air conditioning. . Normally not an issue but it was 90 degrees Host responded quickly with questions
