The property is nice, well kept, and quiet. The room was nice, bathroom was well lit, the only thing we didnt really care for was the bed. It sunk a little too much for our taste but its not a deal breaker. Overall 5 stars. Its centrally located, let us check in early, staff us super friendly, parking is an added cost, but no biggie. Def would stay again.

We enjoyed staying here and it was really close to downtown and all the restaurants. It was our first time staying here. The property is pretty and so was the room. There are definitely a few things they could work on. First, they charged us for parking when we parked off site. We called and they took that off. We mentioned that we paid extra for a park view because we wanted to see the lights and we were given a garden view. The desk worker advised that we were in fact given the park building, but it was on the opposite side, therefore we could not see the park. This made no sense to me. I advised if I knew that was the case, I would have just saved the money and paid for a garden since we received a garden view. The employee did not express she believed my concern was valid and would not compensate me for the money we spent for a park view and said I needed to contact Expedia, even though Expedia is not the one who placed us in the wrong room.

Room was beautiful. Well cleaned, great amenities. All the devices worked as expected. Lights were a bit hard to figute out but once I did they functioned well. The only issue is was the folks above I could here walking around quite loudly. Also heard the guy next to me snoring.
