For the price we paid for three people, we expected a much higher standard upon check-in and service. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The bedding for the third person wasn’t provided, and there was no phone in the room to contact housekeeping for assistance. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told to come pick it up ourselves.
Additionally, the mattress was heavily stained, as was the bedding, which was concerning. The shower handle was also broken and kept falling off, making it difficult to use. When we raised these issues at checkout, the staff’s response was dismissive, almost as if we were asking for something unreasonable.
Overall, it felt like the hotel did not prioritize the comfort or satisfaction of its guests, especially considering the price we paid.
