This is not a "resort" it is a winery that is in disrepair trying to create an image but lacking the vision and execution to be a Resort. The facilities are dated and need repair and refreshed. The room was clean, the property is secluded and quiet but WAY overpriced as compared to what you can get elsewhere. I do not want to detract from the fact that the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, this review is about the facility and being out of line with expectations as it should be listed as a 3 star room.

No door on the bathroom. Just a half curtain between bedroom area and bathroom. If you book a room here (which I don’t recommend) make sure it isn’t Pueblo. The wine and view are nice and the tasting room is pretty. Visit and have a glass of wine but skip the “resort”

Room was exactly displayed as the pictures. Great time to visit if you’re wanting to not have so many guests around. Staff was great and friendly and even made the effort to stay until 5pm for us to check in.

There property was really well maintained. Best hospitality i have received ever. we got a free upgrade. and also the property manager was really really best...she even took a video of the directions to the room, and kept the room warm as were coming in late in the night. The best place to visit!!

Staff did a great job accommodating us. Resort was great, awesome views of the vineyards. The room was not too bad, had a few issues, one with missing towels, the pillows were very uncomfortable, missing batteries from the TV remote, no soap in sink dispenser, lower shower water pressure, the room just needed some TLC, but otherwise we enjoyed ourselves.

Property was Beautiful nice and Quiet location. Only issues I had was when I arrived and checked in, shortly after I was pulled aside to be told my room was overbooked. I was told I could be upgraded to the villa and one free night stay of my choice I accepted the offer kindly . Then after that maybe 30 minutes later I was pulled aside again and told they won’t be able to give me the villa room or a free night stay, but here’s a bottle of wine for my kind flexibility with them. So I really felt at the point I was overly accommodating to other guests just to stay somewhere . To top this off my wife was called several weeks an advance to pay over the phone due to “booking issues” the property has had and guests not being able to pay upon arrival. This also defeats the purpose of the Reserve now pay later option on Expedia when the property is reaching out to you weeks an advance for payment .

This hotel was nothing like it advertised. There was no bar or lounge or restaurant, which it does claim to have. Area around it is nice. Plan on a 20 minute drive to any food or bar. The room was cute & clean, but that’s all i can say. There wasn’t even staff around, only saw someone at time of check in & then the worker left. When i asked where the bar or restaurant was as stated in hotel details, she just smiled & said… we don’t have one. Definitely think twice before staying there.
