Everything was wonderful with our stay. However, we needed to leave earlier than planned so I called Expedia to let them know so I can be refunded the last two days. I let Expedia know that everything was fine with the hotel. We were up there to take care of my brother's remains because he was found dead in his apartment December 31st. When I explained that to the Expedia person, they came back to me and said they would like to cover our cost of the hotel due to our sad circumstances but I was charged the full price. I called to get this adjusted but denied any such conversation and kept our charge on my card. We were very disappointed in Expedia because this was an unexpected cost all around.
