Carpet had visible food crumbs and easily a dozen large spots. Other than the carpet’s filthiness, the room was OK. Breakfast room was closed but reduced menu was available for ‘take out.’ Not disclosed beforehand. Keycard stopped eorking my second night. I’m somewhat of a regular guest, but will try something else for my next visit to the ares.

They are remodeling the area of the breakfast. I can not go up and down steps. My two sisters can they pick up food and coffees for mom,99, and mr. What was missing was the waffles andvthe juice machine. The food that they had was good. Eggs, potatoes, and toast or bagles was tasty.

Upon arriving the entrance lobby is being remodeled completely. From top to bottom. No one was at the front desk to greet us and check us in. The mother of the receptionist arrived and called her cell to come and attend us. No restroom available in the lobby area, you have to wait until you get to your room. I had asked for extra towels for the three of us and they said we have a limit of 5. Once checking out the receptionist again no where to be found. I'm assuming due to the construction noise and dust they don't want to be around in the front office. They should move there office momentarily to another location to check in guests so they can also have acess to the restroom. Be aware that the breakfast is to go ONLY due to the construction. I'm very upset that Expedia nor the hotel gives you any awareness of the remodeling. Definitely do not stay here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel located on hillside so parking lot somewhat difficult to navigate, walking in parts of hotel could be challenging as breakfast area under construction so had to take food and coffee to room. Otherwise great stay!

Stay somewhere else.

They are going through renovations and didnt tell you when you booked. Noisy renovations Too. Theres no gym. Breakfast is downstairs to go only and its pretty terrible. Parking is difficult as well. Hot tub/pool are a joke. Dont stay here thinking its quality- its not.
