Very close to Pismo Beach and US-101. Parking was ample and facility has nice outdoor patio rooms. Checkin was quick. Mixed service: Some of the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful, while others could benefit from a bit more training to be more respectful of customers and their requests. At times, a couple of the front desk on one shift seemed to want to educate the guest before listening to the guests request or question.

Rooms are always clean and large. Breakfast is good and so is coffee. We have asked for late check out and they r always accommodating but I sure wish that they would leave your key activated till then. I have been inconvenience by having to go to front desk to get another key.

Great, Service at it’s best

Everyone from the front desk staff to the staff that ran the buffet and breakfast center was great supportive and very courteous and helpful. I was impressed with the fact that the Hilton Garden Inn had the breakfast and dinner facilities. It made our stay that much more comfortable with that, having to go out and look for a place to eat.

The property was nice, clean and had usable amenities. The only snag was they could not make a room key for me and several other visitors. We waited 30 minutes before they decided to just let us into our rooms with their room access. We had to ask someone to re-enter our room or access the secured areas. The staff were incredibly nice about letting us in, but we found it very inconvenient.
