It was a nice place to stay. Had a little confusion about the fee for the pet. We should have mentioned that it was a service dog. But the manager reduced the fee by 10.00. He was really a nice guy.

I stayed for week of and left the day after the 4th of July. Even for the busy holiday the parking and security of the room were amazing. Front desk treated me with great respect as well as the housekeeper whenever request were made and they were made sure they were met. Since my last stay the beds have increased in size and comfort as well as the luxury of the showers, cabinets for my hygiene and clothes and appliances in the room. As well as the price being affordable was just icing on the cake for me and I would highly recommend this establishment for a short or long stay in the city of Atascadero.

Very friendly and accommodating person at the front desk - I believe the owner. The hotel is near done with its complete renovation. There were a couple of insignificant bugs to work out/finish - but it is so much nicer than it was before. Nice new and modern amenities in the rooms

This property was disgusting and extremely unhygienic. The room smelled like urine and mold and there were what appeared to be urine stains on the bed and pillows. There were no sheets. Based on my experience, I don’t know if they ever clean these rooms.

Bathroom was dirty, felt uncomfortable to use it without shoes on. Shower door was unsealed, water leaked out onto the floor. Bed was very stiff and squeaky. Only 1 bath towel for a 2 person booking. Didn't smell like the room was cleaned recently. The motel is between a freeway and main road, not very quiet in the room. Big gap between the bottom of the door and the door frame. Plastic toilet seat was very flimsy and uncomfortable. Parking is very limited due to random junk scattered everywhere, including sidewalks at the bottom of the stairs. With all of that being said, the location is very convenient, McDonalds, a coffee shop, and gas station are all across the street. Vons, dollar tree, and many diners are all around the corner within 5 minutes from the motel.
