This was nicely located. A little confusing at first on how to get in. Wish there would had been a pump for the air mattress. Also a step for the balcony would had been nice. The 2 bedroom were nice, liked the open living space. Washer & dryer were nice to have. We had 6 people & felt crowded. Hostess left a very nice welcome gift. Would stay here again.

The location was wonderful for having easy access to the old town, and the balcony provided a wonderful vantage point to take in the city. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Located central to everything we wanted to do, most within walking distance. Apartment looked just like the photos, and we enjoyed having a small balcony. Host was quick to respond to inquiries, only had one, front code wasn't working. As written in other reviews, property is on the same street as several loud businesses. Wasn't a major issue as once you closed your bedroom doors, it was fine. Water pressure was very low, but we heard this is common for PR. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend.

First time staying at a VRBO and was really happy with this property. Located central to everything we wanted to do, most within walking distance. Easy to be picked up or dropped off by Lyft/Uber despite the narrow 1 way road. 4 adults stayed comfortably in the apartment. Apartment looked just like the photos, and we enjoyed having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, small balcony. Felt secured with the gated entrance. Host was quick to respond to inquiries and offered to let us leave our bags for a bit longer after checkout.Property is on the same street as several loud businesses garbage trucks can be heard collecting trash throughout the early morning. Wasn't a major issue for those staying in the rooms, but for me sleeping on the futon it was hard to sleep. This VRBO listing is for the apartment on the left, and door was tricky to open/lock but we got the hang of it (pull hard when locking). Water pressure was very low, but we heard this is common for PR. We had to purchase our own toilet paper & paper towels as there were only half rolls there when we checked in. To get out of the locked gate there is a button located near the elevator (We didn't find this at first, and were confused). Overall happy with our stay and would return again.

Excellent, clean apartment! I would highly recommend staying here. It’s close to everything — shops, attractions, and local sites. A welcome bottle of wine was such a lovely touch!This apartment will not disappoint.

What a great girls weekend trip! Beautiful apartment with everything you need…including a welcome bottle of red wine. No problems finding the address or entering the building and apartment. The hosts were quick to respond to our messages. We really enjoyed the small balcony in the evening. Everything you need is within walking distance. Just remember Old San Juan is very noisy during the day and late into the night.
