Very disappointed in the way this hotel is being advertised!!! Room was dated and dirty!!!! Plus the information given when booking is totally different on site!!!! Would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The hotel was clean however the lounge chairs were shredded, the elevators were broken, the face of the building was cracked and the door to the balcony wouldn’t unlock. They charge you an additional $45/day for amenities which I did not know about. I guess this was for using the beach/pool. The view was beautiful but this property is in desperate need of repair.

I felt like I was transformed back to the 70's. Red? Red walls/red velour kidney shaped couch? That, I did not expect. The TV was snowy, never a clear picture. Although our stay was for one evening, I think an update of the rooms should be priority. Bathroom was nice, lobby nice pool area was beautiful with an exquisite view. The gift shop had plenty to look through and shop.

The check in process was not good. Reservation per Expedia record was for a king bed room. The hotel staff told me that expedia reserved a 2 queen bed room. The person changed it after I showed the expefia record but it seems she did not like my comment as she gave me the room cards and property information without any explanation. Upon arrival to the room, the toilet was dirty. Also, we were made aware that the hotel does not offer food in room service.

No communication sad to say with how much staff is on site every time I went to bar I got the same drink and was charged a different price not only that but they charged my card twice for there hold they say and I got it back but it was reversed I tried contacting property for 2 weeks no one answers when they finally did I was told my card was not in file how of you had to charge it for hold these people are frauds scamsss never got my money back never again and they charge 50.00 a towel if it is not brought back I was trying to eat there were iguanas in the area you can’t they sit there like there going to attack you we stood there for 7 days got one roll of toilet papers and four towels had to keep requesting stuff we paid for front ocean view but everyone gets that view because your in front of ocean so they charged us for ocean view for no reason
