Very disappointed in the way this hotel is being advertised!!! Room was dated and dirty!!!! Plus the information given when booking is totally different on site!!!! Would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The hotel was clean however the lounge chairs were shredded, the elevators were broken, the face of the building was cracked and the door to the balcony wouldn’t unlock. They charge you an additional $45/day for amenities which I did not know about. I guess this was for using the beach/pool. The view was beautiful but this property is in desperate need of repair.

Very poor service. Front desk staff were disdainful of concerns. I spoke to two managers about various concerns without resolution. No options for dining on the property. I have stated at the hotel in the past but it has not been maintained at an adequate level. Would not return.

Wonderful stay and I enjoyed the $50/day credit toward Starbucks, food and drink which offset the resort fee. You also have access to The Hilton Garden Inn, which has a great quiet pool and immense seating space with hammocks and chairs, overlooking the bay. The staff is really friendly and willing to help.

The property is a bit dated, but I can see that they are doing renovations to bring things up to date. The staff were all fantastic, friendly and so helpful. Everyone speaks both English and Spanish. The area has a great vibe with many people out walking or jogging. Several good restaurants in walking distance. We would stay here again.

This was my third time at this property over the last 10 years. It has not aged well. I understand upkeep is expensive but there were some simple things that could have been done to Spruce it up. A little repainting. Removing trees growing out of the roofs of the pool house.

I love how when I arrived at the hotel they couldn’t accommodate my room I reserved but they provided breakfast for me and my guest for our entire stay as well as accommodating the room the next day when it became available
