The hotel was clean however the lounge chairs were shredded, the elevators were broken, the face of the building was cracked and the door to the balcony wouldn’t unlock. They charge you an additional $45/day for amenities which I did not know about. I guess this was for using the beach/pool. The view was beautiful but this property is in desperate need of repair.

Having bottled water in the room, instead of having to ask for it everyday would have made a difference.We had too many problems with the cards not working properly in the room nor elevators. The staff was very good, and the hotel cleanliness was excellent.

Quiet (except for occasional loud music from the pool during the day), safe, clean, good location. The beach is small and adjacent to a busy bridge, so it doesn't have a true beach vibe. Pools are large with plenty of chairs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Two minor complaints: the vending machine near the pools was broken the entire time, bathroom mirror is difficult to use because the sink extends out too far. Overall, a decent place in an upscale area.

The beach view is about the only good part. The hotle was super noisy at the pool and beach area. They had people to put out chairs for peple staying at the becah and whne i asled g or two , they said that we could just find one that was out. The two left were by the water and covered in sand and water. They were three boys and they just sat and talked . We left for dinner and came back and none of our 3 eys worked . We went to the front desk to ask why and she said we made more keys . I then told her we ave been gone for 2 hrs , so she made new keys but not feeling safe at thei point. They gave our key to a random hotel guest without my liscense . The room was not clean o showered to go to be bed and by time i got to the bed , my feet were black.(dirty tile) when i qent to get in bed i foldeed covers down to get in and the botyom sheet was only half of the bed . No mattress cover either , so we had tonsleep on the blanket forn the bottom sheet..so gross!! Every hilton ive been to double sheets on mattress . Dont stay here . The curtain were white and on the bottom of them, it was black (like our feet)

Most of the staff were nice and polite. The hotel is very old and in bad shape. Only one elevator worked so there was allot of wait time. The rooms were not clean. I literally wiped the counters down myself. The light switch had I assume red lipstick on them that wiped off. There were hairs on the floor in the bathroom. We got in so late I just cleaned it myself so we could go to bed. The beds were absolutely miserable. I think the mattress haven't been replaced in probably 20 years or they bought the cheapest mattresses ever made. The shower glass was disgusting. Tip: lime away. The entire beach area is probably 30 yards long by 30ft wide. The hotels part was about 1/4th that. It was so tiny, rocky, and littered we left within 10 minutes. Our shower leaked all over the floor no matter what we tried to do to fix it. It also wouldn't turn completely off so ran non stop. The closet, coffee maker, refrigerator, and only storage was an open area in the bathroom which made it very difficult for a family of 4 to make work. The view of the water from the balcony was nice, but there were several times we couldn't enjoy it for the smell of marijuana. The pool area was good and the bar tenders at the pool were nice. Definitely not a place we would go back to.

We thought we booked a oceanfront room, but apparently through expedia it doesnt tell the hotel but we had to pay for the upgrade and there was construction going on. I have ptsd so being awoken at 8 by drilling into the wall im sleeping next too wasnt fun.

Everything was nice. The hotel was not over crowded or busy. Only downside in the main lobby there was only one working elevator. The pool area was beautiful and the pool side food was delicious

This property really needs an upgrade badly Bathrooms with kitchenette is not appropriate and unhealthy aside that there is no privacy The slide doors are a joke they are not stable and don’t provide privacy I won’t be staying here again. Location is great but the cost is high for the quality you get Recommend choosing another hotel so you won’t get disappointed

I was check in to a room that ain’t have no smart tv and the television cord was rip from the tv . The room was dirty and smelly the front desk receptionists had to change my room then when I got into my new room I put on the side lamp light next to the bed and it broke off the wall . The WiFi connection was terrible going in and out . The employees was rude and mean the hospitality was terrible . They was looking at me with evil stairs making me feel very uncomfortable . Never again will I visit this hotel again in my life
