Loved this hotel. Very clean. Minimalistic look. Easy check in system. Front desk staff was always responsive. I only stayed one night because I had an early morning flight but definitely enjoyed my stay. 1 con is the walls are quite thin, you can hear people coming up the steps, phone conversations, the works. But they give earplugs.

It was such a nice experience, staff was super nice! I love that everything was so close by. Literally a coffee shop 2 minutes away WALKING!! Very nice hotel and very clean.

Our stay at The Looking Glass was cozy and convenient. It was so convenient for our stay after the Bad Bunny concert. The distance to the Choli was reachable with a 4 minute Uber drive and a straight shot from the train that left us right in the front of the coliseum. The bedding was really comfy too.

Hotel is in outstanding conditions. Clean decoration is amazing. Room space is acceptable. Neighborhood is not the best but hotel is safe. Good location near to everything in metro area. The only complaint i have is noise level. I was 1st floor right in front of entrance i can hear all the talks from ppl coming late. They know and they even give you earplugs. If i stay needs to be 2nd floor and up.

This is a very nice boutique hotel. I would stay there again. The location was very convenient to everything. The rooms are modern, the bed is comfortable. It would be nice to have hooks in the room to hang wet towel and clothes. The patio on the 4th floor was a nice touch. There are several good restaurant's and bars within walking distance. It is convenience for Uber pickup & drop off.

I stayed at The Looking Glass Hotel in Santurce and had such a great experience! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and super comfortable exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The only thing worth noting is that the surrounding area didn’t feel the safest at first glance, but honestly it wasn’t too bad once I settled in. Inside the hotel, though, everything was perfect and I always felt secure. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Looking Glass Hotel to anyone visiting Santurce it’s a hidden gem!
