The location was great in old San Juan, the staff were pleasant, the owner was very nice, the upstairs bar was busy and the downstairs bar was great! The musicians were really good as well, the downside was the pool was closed, the music across from the hotel in La Perla played all night the music permeated throughout our 2 rooms all night!

This wasn’t a room to sleep in, but an immersive experience. In a city built in 1521, this property feels like one of the oldest. The character of The Gallery was one for lifetime memories. The staff were wonderful and there are many live-in parrots. The collection of art is better than a lot of museums. Just truly a special place.

This is one of the most amazing boutique hotels I’ve been to. The history, the stories, the space, the birds! It’s like walking through a museum. The room I was in was amazing: big, original doors and window doors, four-post bed, literally WC… just lovely. Highly recommend. The location is amazing. The rooftop bar has a great view. This Inn has real artsy vibe. Lots of Art, Lots of Music. Kind of an “old world feel.” Some of the rooms are better than others. Accessibility is an issue here, if you can’t do stairs or they are difficult for you.
