This hotel is a completely surreal world. My partner and I loved exploring all the rooms and appreciating the decorations and architecture of the house. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the live jazz music at night made this one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling.

The room was unique, clean and comfortable. It was a great location. Staff was amazing. It was not a problem for me but there was no wi-fi in our room. But there was out in the hallway just outside the room where there was comfortable couches. Would definitely recommend for a unique, old world feel stay!

This property has so much charm! It is, however, a 400 year-old building, and it shows its age. They have leaned into the aesthetic — which is wonderful — but they should probably put a little extra into maintenance. We enjoyed the bar overlooking the ocean, along with some of the music in the jazz bar (we weren’t there much). Overall, a charming location if you’re looking for a place with a lot of character!

The Gallery Inn was amazing! The character and charm was everything we were hoping for. The staff were excellent as well. So many cool places in the hotel to check out, and of course the art! Highly recommend staying here in Old San Juan.

I had a great experience at Gallery Inn. After the AC went out in the room I had originally booked, they rebooked me in a beautiful room with a terrace and hard working AC. The bed was comfortable and authentically decorated. The property is old, so you have to assume it will not be like your typically hotel, but I found it so charming and beautiful. The staff was wonderful and I loved having a bar and entertainment on site.
