RENOVATED CONDO HOTEL BUILDING Located on the lovely « Isla Verde Beach. ». 15 Minutes drive to and from the Airport. Taxi s are located at the entrance of the building. The Condo is located in a hight tourist area. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Casino s in most hotels. The condo has a gym and spa and a lobby with restaurant music nightly. The condo itself has an extra large balcony where a view of the pool and ocean is a great place to relax and unwind! I provide WIFI.
NOTE: The swimming pool is under repair and is not available at this time. We are located on the lovely Isla Verde beach. Plenty of wave runners, para sailing and Banana boat rides. I provide beach tags which need to be returned to our condo. They are scarce and we Charged for each one. So please take care of them.
