Fernando was a ray of sunshine! This hotel is literally on the beach! Very well maintained. Showers had good pressure and did not run out of hot water. I had noticed all the restrooms I experienced in San Juan, including airport and hotel room and lobby do have a urine smell

Under renovation. There is ongoing construction which you can hear. Airport noise is also a factor. You have planes departing all day and night and your next to the airport. However, very nice beach, pool and great staff. Has a casino, breakfast room service is outstanding. Food is good as well. Overall, very nice place..good 4 stars, just not a 5 yet.
