This is completely normal for coastal homes in the tropics, especially within the historic core.

• 🚭 No Smoking Anywhere Inside the Home
This is a 100% smoke-free property. A $500 fine will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
• 🎉 Absolutely No Parties or Events
Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited. If a party or event is held inside the property, a $3,000 fine will be immediately applied, and your reservation may be terminated without refund.
• 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of this historic area. No loud music, shouting, or gatherings after 10 PM.
• 🚫 No Outside Visitors Without Approval
The property is for registered guests only. No outside visitors or unregistered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• 🧼 Keep the Home Clean and Respectful
Please treat the home as if it were your own.
Dispose of trash properly, clean up spills, and report any damages immediately.
• 🧯 Never Leave Cooking Unattended
For your safety and the preservation of this historic home, always supervise the kitchen while in use.
• 🛏️ Only Registered Guests May Stay Overnight
Please do not invite others to sleep in the home who are not part of your confirmed reservation.

Late check-outs may be subject to a fee unless approved in advance.
