Booking error

The place is clean but needs maintenance/upkeep. Stove doesn’t work well, took 20 minutes to boil an egg. No plugs in the bathroom. Shower has low water pressure. We booked a two bedroom and on the first night she gave us a one bedroom. My 75 year old father had to sleep on the couch. Asked her to refund JUST the first night since a one bedroom wasn’t what we paid for and she suggested we cancel the whole reservation. Obviously wouldn’t do that since I was already there with a young child and my elderly dad. She also didn’t respond until the next day and we didn’t have the right room until after 3pm.

Near by shoping and restasurants. Only complaint is the Ac unit seems kind small and uneffective for the whole unit. Bedroom gets cold but not the front area. The host is attentive and nice. It is affortdable and close to my family so I would definetively consider visit again.
