There were items in the room that indicated that it was not properly cleaned. The ice bucket had water in it prior to use. We would leave and come back to new items in the room, which implies that someone was in our room and left the items. Some staff were rude and seemed to either personally dislike us or just hate their job. Which is understandable but keep your personal life separate from your work duties. I don't need special treatment; just treat people with basic respect. Also, the body care items were of extremely poor quality. Particularly the lotion.
