Everything that was within their control was amazing! They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. Great spot to stay, we were allowed to check in early....found us free transportation to the fort...up graded our....will definitely be coming back...we we only im old San Juan one night...but next time will enjoy the roof top and steak house at the facility

Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed.
