The first room's air conditioning did not work. When I called the host, we were switched to a larger room with A/C. The facility was quiet, clean, tidy, but very sparse and primitive. It was fine for one night, but I would not stay for a full week.

It's a bedroom you access with keypads. There is a covered patio with seats, but no staff that you interact with - except the cleaning staff who you may see when you leave. But it's very clean and cost effective. We would stay there again.

I really like it. Great location. Walking distance to several businesses. The place was very clean and had a good presentation. The communication with the instructions was very efficient. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have parking. I would definitely will stay again.

Firstly, there is no parking, but you can fairly easily find parking within a block or so along the street by the grocery store. Other than that, the hotel is fantastic for the price. If is very basic, but clean and updated. No coffee, microwave, but there is a small refrigerator and TV. It is very conveniently located about 4 blocks from a fantastic beach, about 15 minute drive to Old San Juan, and there is a 24-hour grocery store less than a block away. There is also an excellent restaurant right across the street called Basilisa Taberna Urbana, and a Starbucks about 1 block walk across the street from the grocery store. I would highly recommend this hotel for any traveler looking for an affordable place to stay for a fantastic Puerto Rico vacation.
