Welcome and relax to our modern and comfort studio close to the Isla Verde beach, the perfect retreat for those seeking both, relaxation and luxury.
Our apartment is located just 7 miles from the Coliseo de Puerto Rico (Choliseo), Old San Juan. Additionally, the apartment is only 5 miles from La Placita de Santurce and Watusi, two popular spots for experiencing Puerto Rico’s vibrant culture and nightlife.
The space:
Our studio is completely remodeled and modern. It is a complete space, which has a King bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and stove, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony.
The building has a 24/7 security guard and camera system for greater security. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, with an elevator to access it. The building has its lobby and swimming pool, as well as space for BBQ.
In seven minutes walking you will find the beautiful Isla Verde beach. The location is next to the San Juan Hotel and casino. You will find casinos, fast food, rental cars, public transportation, Uber, Uber eats, restaurants, CVS pharmacy 24 hours. The airport is 5 minutes drive away.
(The pool open 9am to 9pm.)
Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. -No additional guests are allowed.
We only allow up to 3 guests in the apartment. Any additional guests will not be authorized, and the cost per night per person is $35 for each additional person identified.
Late check-out is available until 2PM for a fee of $35. Please note that late check-out must be approved by the host in advance and is subject to availability.
Early check-in is available starting at 11:00 a.m. for a cost of $35.
Early check-in is subject to availability and must be authorized by the host.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire studio, all common areas such lobby, pool, elevator and in the basement have a coin laundromat area with washers and dryers.
Has ONE unassigned parking space within the property is available for your use. We provide one permit for our gate parking on a first come, first served basis.
The building has a security guard 24 hours on site.
Pool will be opened from 7:00am to 9:00pm
WiFi access
On the third Thursday each month from 9:30am to 2:00pm, there is a temporary water interruption for monthly system maintenance.
Other things to note:
Lost or damaged Key -If you lose or damaged your keys, there is a $150 replacement fee per key. (Return the keys to the lockbox when check out.)
A master key (green round plastic key) use for the pool and gates will be provided.
Lost parking permit -If you lose or don’t return the parking permit, there is a $150 replacement fee. (We provided a parking permit so you can hang it to your car rear view mirror.)
Lost or damage the car beeper is a $150 replacement fee.

Towels- If you lose or damage the towels applies $35 for each towel lose or damage.
No smoking allowed- ($250 fee for deep cleaning and odor treatment.) - Outside the building, there is a lobby where people can smoke, because it's an open-air area.
Pets are not allowed in the building.
