Apartment was perfect and nicely located near everything. The host, Gabriel was incredibly responsive and helpful! The only negative thing i would report is the hot water in the shower, only seems to run for about a min and then turns cold, but i’ve dealt with this in San Juan before and it’s really not a huge deal. Clean and spacious for couple or traveling with a small child. Secure parking. Overall super positive experience would stay here again!

Unfortunately, my stay started off on a very disappointing note. I arrived around 1:00 AM after a long day of traveling, only to walk into an apartment that clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was trash left behind, used towels piled on the chair, and the bed looked like it hadn’t been fully made or prepared for new guests. After such a late arrival, the last thing anyone wants is to question whether the unit was actually cleaned. That said, the apartment itself was nice, spacious, and in a very convenient location. The furniture was modern, and once everything was addressed, the space had a lot of potential. If cleanliness and communication were improved, this would be an easy 5-star stay. Unfortunately, because first impressions matter, my experience was overshadowed by the condition of the apartment upon arrival.
