Literally could not have anything more positive to say. From booking to check out Danny was an amazing host! Outside of the place itself he gave us amazing recommendations for food, tours, etc. The neighborhood is somewhat "sleepy" but was great for what we wanted. A SHORT walk to the beach and a few restaurants. about a 45 minute drive to the airport (beware of certain traffic days/times) The home was perfect for our girls trip. Kept clean and well stocked with whatever we needed including a bit of delicious coffee to get us started. We paid for the hot tub to be heated in the evening and it was very heated (think hot!). I would rent here again and any of Danny's properties though I can't think of a reason to head to Buffalo in the winter :)
This is the beach just a 5 minute walk away
There's a beautiful rock jetty 5 minutes away (near the beach) that made for fantastic sunset pictures!

Oh my gosh! The house, pool, and grounds are gorgeous. Eight of us stayed here for a girls' trip and we LOVED it. The house, pool, and hot tub was exceptionally clean and well-kept. The location can't be beat, and you can literally walk to the beach. Even the neighbors were nice! The owners are very kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay

Arrived to the home and is better than the pictures, clean, well stocked, and within walking distance to the beach and local eateries!... Excellent communication with the owner, and on a side note, we had a medical emergency with one of our kids and the hospital in the area is amazing, staff were absolutely wonderful. As a VRBO owner ourselves, the house was perfect home away from home.

Great hosts, excellent property

Our family of 9 with children 4, 7, and 9 stayed here in February. House is lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated. It has comfortable beds, and a very well stocked kitchen. The pool is large enough for our group, and there are lots of pool toys as well as beach toys for the kids. The location is great, and completely safe with gated entry to community. The most outstanding feature of the rental is the hosts, Daniel and Kiki. Daniel literally answered all calls, texts within minutes.

Just do it!!!!

The property was great. The host and his wife was wonderful. I wish we had enough time to enjoy the pool but we went out alot. Overall the imagine that was display online was very true. The house is very beautiful. My only issue with my stay was that there was one security for the emtrance to the community that was being difficult. Otherwise me and my family had a great time. Great first visit and birthday trip.

The Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved this property it’s exactly how it’s described. You felt safe there, with 24 hour security at gate. You can have early morning walks at the beach since it’s only at the end of the block. It was perfect. I’m so glad we didn’t stay at a hotel and stayed at a home instead. It allowed for all of us to come together as a family being we were flying in from east coast and west. The property owner is friendly and so welcoming. Thank you for the perfect stay!

Bachelorette Trip

This house was 10/10 for a bigger group! The house was spacious and comfortable!! You definitely felt right at home. We had a chef come cook dinner one night and the large table was perfect. To top it all off, Daniel was an amazing host and accessible to help us with any concerns or needs. We have all said we want to rebook again!! Don’t think about it just book it!

Perfect location, tremendous host

The house was absolutely perfect with plenty of room. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you need. The pool and hot tub are fantastic as well. The house was in a very secure neighborhood as well as being just a couple minute walk to the beach, even with a 5-year-old walking. Danny was a fantastic host that helped us throughout the trip and made us feel like we had a grasp on the best locations to eat and play in the area. It was an easy drive, both from the airport and to the old San Juan area. Even driving east to the rainforest wasn't too bad. I would highly recommend this location for anyone.
