I thought I was getting a 1 bdrm with a balcony, but after checking in and going to my room I discovered that my room didn’t have one. I spoke with the front desk and was told that I would get a call the next day and they would let me know if one became available. I never received the call. On my 3rd night there a killed a Roach in the bathroom. I called the front desk to let them know and to have someone come up to spray. I was told that I needed to change rooms so they come have a company come out to spray. My husband and I moved rooms at 2:30a.m. And went to a room that had dirty floors. We had to turn around and go back to the previous room and someone came up and sprayed some bug spray and said they would have housekeeping come up the next day. I asked for housekeeping to clean the room and sweep and mop the floors. I left the next day and came back to a room that had not been cleaned. I had to ask for them to come back to empty the trash. I’m guessing they sprayed the room??? I was promised compensation for my troubles but didn’t receive anything at check out. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me. Oh did I say that I was told that a bug was in my room because of the climate???
