Room was good, pool was not good at all and bar service around the pool was expensive. Overall, you get what you pay for. Next time will do La Concha and just pay the high amount for a better location and experience.

The room was okay, I booked earlier and asked for early check in and they didn’t have it. You can never get in touch with the staff so I had to use instant message. The pool was so cold, the hot tub didn’t work. Other than that it was okay. The staff was pleasant and nice. The food was over price.

Poor staff support. Did not care what you think about anything. They have some kind of bakery/coffee shop in the lobby. All the food is stale but they don’t care. Also, I prepaid for my stay and guess what: I still had to pay another $50 per day plus taxes when I was there. Really disappointed.
