We had a great experience. We purchased off buffet breakfast prior to getting there. The breakfast was great and had lots of variety. We also love the stuff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. His shuttles in the front that go to the city and it’s free I would go back.

Went down to get my breakfast, wanted to order an egg omelette and the cook wouldn't take my order because he was backed up with four breakfast order before mine. Even though, I was paying for a breakfast included stay. Sad part of the story, me and the dinning cleaning lady approached front -desk to intervine in some form, just because I had my blood sugar levels below 60 at this point. She advised us, she will let someone in the management team know, I left the property feeling dizzy already and went some where else to get breakfast.

Nice Hotel.Breakfast was good. We arrived off cruise ship early morning. Hotel did not have any roms ready until around 5:00 pm. We did ask several times. However, they did keep or luggage and let us ride their shuttle to old town. Hotel did add an hour onto the checkout from 11:00 to 12:00.
