I liked the location, the omelette at breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable. y only pet peeve is that I cannot sleep well when the air conditioner constantly turns on and off when it is automatic. Since this is something that bothers me at every hotel, I have learned to change it to constant fan but at this hotel when I tried changing it, it did not work so I am guessing the thermostat didn't work.

Very central location, within walking distance of food and entertainment venues. Super quiet, safe, and the rooms are very spacious, apartment-style. The breakfast even has an omelette station. The staff is very kind; they even helped me print some documents for my work. 100% recommended

I was able to book my room last minute due to a cancelation on my airbnb due to city emergency of water outage due to a pipe burst in the city. Hyatt has reserved water back up and we were able to have a very comfortable stay. The location was extremely convenient for me, near everything and the courtesy shuttle to Old San Juan was a very pleasant surprise.
