Cristobal was incredibly accommodating of an unexpected additional night and also very helpful in making recommendations for how to enjoy the city. The room was quiet and safe, the ac was cool, bed and shower adequate, and the rooftop terrace was a welcome outdoor space for relaxing. Very conveniently located, in an enjoyable neighborhood, and parking was only a slight challenge on Saturday night.

Everything was just great. Ive stayed here before. Its very friendly! Its not a hotel, It's your home. Very convenient, directly between the airport and the cruise ship terminal. A 24 hour full grocery store is right next door! It has a beautiful rooftop terrace. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a true gem! As a spoiled American, my only complaint would be that there were no elevators. I was on the third floor, which was great because I was right near the terrace entrance, but I wish I hadn’t packed so much with every flight of stairs, I climbed! Book the room!

The owner of the hotel, Christopher is incredible. From the moment I arrived he felt like a long lost uncle. On the way to the hotel I left my very valuable backpack in the taxi and Christopher drove me all the way back to the airport to look for the driver. He went above and beyond. I'd gladly stay here again.

The room was very basic but clean. The shower was tricky (borderline adequate) they held our luggage until check in time. 24 hour grocery store right next store and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. No elevator but they helped to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor.
