The staff, especially Luis at The Lobby Bar, were pleasant and attentive. The servers on the beach seemed attentive to some and not to others. The food was delicious and the pools and beach phenomenal.

"My recent stay had several highlights, including friendly room service and a clean room. However, I would like to highlight areas for improvement: Room Maintenance: The bathroom door layout is poorly designed. Additionally, as a pet-friendly hotel, a stronger deodorizer for the floors is needed. Lobby Operations: There is insufficient seating during weekend music events. Staff also cleared full drinks from our table immediately when we stood up to dance, which was frustrating. Security & Management: Security personnel were unreactive to issues, and management was difficult to reach initially. Resolution: I am grateful to Lobby Manager Bryan Sotomayor for eventually resolving our drink issue. I recommend better communication between security and the service team to prevent future guest dissatisfaction."

Room great. One exposed nail in the doorway between two adjoining rooms (hurt myself twice on it). But overall hotel was great, albeit a bit expensive than peer hotels.

Horrible experience. Our room 101 had an aunt infestation, the ac broke down, front desk took so long to answer our room calls and the issue was never fixed or resolved. We stayed there for 5 nights. Look for better options

The staff did not provide much information about the grounds and where restaurants and amenities where during check in. I saw trash everywhere around the pool and found it hard to spot a trash can, perhaps that’s why. Food and drinks were exuberantly high with not much quality to what you got for your money.
