My door would not lock, the key card didn’t work I had to be moved to another room. I feared for my safety as a solo traveler. The guy at the front desk also said my room number out loud when is a big no no as a woman, the rooms as poorly outdated and the toilet ran all night, it’s close to the airport so you can hear flights all night. I will never stay here again the bed are overly used and need to be replaced I slept on a towel because it felt dirty, I couldn’t wait to check out. Never again

The elevator did not work. 15 years ago when I stayed there it did not work then either. My mother did not come with me at the last minute. She is elderly. Had she come we would have had to go to another hotel. She could not walk up 3 floors. I don’t think they intend to fix the elevator and customers should be warned. The stay would have been fine otherwise.
