It was close to the airport and walking distance from a nice beach. Our room was was clean but outdated and very small bathroom/shower. Staff and pool were great. Good restaurants in the same building

The hotel should be in better conditions since it is located in a good area. It looks dirty. We could not stay and booked another hotel next day. We just spent the night because the flight was delayed and we got late at the hotel.

My friend and I booked here for a one night stay as we were flying into PR late at night. It was fairly cheap compared to some other options. We decided to chance it. We thought, how bad could it be? Lets say, we did not feel comfortable enough to sleep here. 1) The locks from the inside of our hotel room were broken and nonexistent. When asked if we could switch to another room, we were told there was no more available rooms. 2) There were 2 cockroaches. One inside the bathroom and one on the wall by the bed.

Place was run down. It did the job for one night before an early flight, but I wouldn't want to stay there for an entire vacation. The pool and hot tub did look nice, but we didn't try them out.

Rooms was very small looked like a jail cell or something. Also the receptionist gave me the key to someone else’s room which was very dangerous and I tried to open the door and they had a lock on it. That made me very uncomfortable and nervous off top. No towels or rags in the new room she put me in. It literally is not on the sea and the pool was small and looked dirty. I was very uncomfortable and checked out early to stay somewhere else. Definitely didn’t feel safe

Nice pool. Staff was great. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. More room amenities such as blow dryer, storage space for toiletries, better door locks, room safe, pool chairs. Most of them were broken.

Stood for over 15 minutes just waiting to get checked in while nobody else was there. Absolutely no parking unless you want to pay $8 a day. The hotel was dirty as can be. The pictures online are nowhere near what it really is. The rooms are dirty and sheets look like they weren’t even changed. If I could give zero stats I would!!!

The staff were all very friendly. The room, however, could use some updating and cleaning. I only stayed for one night. Within 10 minutes, i was bitten several times by what looked like mosquitoes. I arrived late due to a delayed flight. Other than that, I would have requested a different room or hotel all together.
