The host walked in and amenities were in good condition. Recently had AC replaced before we got there worked perfectly no issues. Very convenient location within 15 minutes and everything that we did.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. It was a good location. There were several restaurants close by and it was close to the airport and beach. The unit we stayed in was on the second floor. There is not an elevator. There was a wall air conditioner in the bedroom. It was not working. We arrived late and just thought it might take a while to cool the room. It never did cool down. We left early the next morning. I messaged the host after returning from the cruise and they said they have replaced the air conditioner. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed.

Everything was great that was in the owners control. My only recommendation is to bring ear plugs, unless you are used to the sound of the neighborhood roosters around 5am!

Nice place for a short stay

We enjoyed the space of this property! Lots of room and lots of light! There was some street traffic noise at night. Though the area had some good restaurants in walking distance! We liked Ferrari Pizza and the short walk to the beach!

Very good spot for a couple staying for a day or two. Relatively close to food. Parking spot and generator was definitely a plus. Area lost power and generator kicked in quickly.

Very nice 1BR apt perfect for a couple. The only thing that didn’t seem completely on target was the ‘steps to the beach’ detail. I was expecting something VERY close to the beach. Beach access was limited & it took a bit of a walk to get to the beach. Everything else was accurate & as I expected.

I’m so happy with our decision to stay at casita reina for our recent long weekend getaway. The host is an excellent host, very responsive. The unit is clean cozy and comfy with a king size bed and nice and cold AC. You can walk to restaurants right on the main strip just a couple of minutes away and close to the beach as well. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of more black out curtain panels to the bedroom so that it can close completely and better block the sunlight in the morning. I highly recommend this place though, what an excellent value.
