Thi building offers excellent amenities for all guests to enjoy, including a main pool, a children’s pool, playground, 24-hour security, and a private lobby area. There is also a kiddie playground with ocean views. The building is conveniently located next to the main hotels on Isla Verde Avenue.

Beautifully designed for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee. The living area features a comfortable SOFA BED for a third guest, lounge chair, and a flat-screen TV. You may open the sliding doors for the ocean breeze, or use the fan or central A/C. The dining table seats up to 4.

KITCHEN:
Bright open kitchen equipped with essentials: stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, and wine glasses. Perfect for preparing simple meals. The in-unit washer and dryer are located here for your convenience.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom features a KING-SIZE BED, Smart TV, nightstands, dresser, and a spacious walk-in closet with hangers. The private en-suite bathroom includes a shower.

We were told day of that the condo was on a limited water ration . It was also vague . Ended up finding out it was as off 20 hours a day . Only could use water 6-8 am and pm . We moved to a Hotel , with no water issues . They charged us a night and cleaning fee . Very disappointing.
Stayed 1 night in Feb 2026
