We had a great 4 days here. The property was clean and we felt welcome. The unit is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which are spacious and nice. the beds and bedding were really comfortable. The kitchen had most of what you need and some extras. Air conditioner's in all the bedrooms and they work wonderfully. lots of windows and nice views from most of the condo.The outdoor patio had nice furniture to relax on after a day out exploring too.The complex is pretty, you can tell the last hurricane affected this area and they are working through all the repairs, it will be so nice once its done, our building was in good shape, was super quiet as not a lot of people live there fulltime. The whole complex is fulltime guard gated and very secure.There are some buildings being remodeled and repaired, but they are roped off and of no consequence to our stay.The owner was super communicative and responsive to any inquiries you had, she also gave restaurant ideas and general info, she was super sweet 10/10 for communication and helpfulness.The complex is close to Luquillo and fun places to see and do. if you can go to La Perilla and eat - 100% recommend. I am looking for a reason to go back and stay here - so close to great beaches, the bio luminescent bays, the rainforests and all the wonderful nature that PR is known for.If your looking to experience all that Puerto Rico offers and want to feel like a local - this is your spot, safe and secure and comfortable.

The complex is not safe to stay there they have a lot of apartments empty. And the complex have mold. We got sick. The area is Nices but it’s was like ghost town and sad because it is a beautiful place. The owner need to tell people that situations.
