Lovely pool and great bartender. The hotel is very noisy at night as the doors are all Metal and walls/floor concrete so no sound protection. The hotel stands for sustainability but all the cutlery and plates at breakfast are one use. Very basic breakfast. Nice on site restaurant but very expensive!

It was a good stay, but the rooms are very small. They also do not have any wine buckets or glasses which is odd for a holiday place. The beach is a walk over the bridge on the road, and they never had towels on the deck. Certainly, will not return to this place.

It was pouring rain and there were open walkways to our room, no elevator, we were on the second floor. There was always a large puddle outside our room causing us to soak our shoes/sandals/luggage

I would not recommend this hotel to those traveling to PR. Our room was never cleaned during our multi-day stay, despite hanging the sign on our door for service. When our friends went to ask for clean towels, they described a very unpleasant experience with the front desk. The aesthetic is cute and the attached restaurant was very nice, however, I would never stay here again, especially for the price.

The room has a feeling of a prison. The windows are high up close to the ceiling. Very noisy. The hotel is on a major highway. There’s constant traffic. The photos on the site are very deceiving. To go to the beach you have to go over a bridge to cross the highway. There are about 50 steps to go up and 50 to go down. This hotel in my opinion is not a boutique hotel but more like a budget hotel. Very disappointed.

1. It was advertised as on the beach, it was not on the beach it was across the highway and you had to climb the stairs walk across a tunnel down the stairs and down the street. 2. The room smelled so terrible of mold that we could barely breathe in there and had to open the window. 3. The bathroom shower didn't have a door or anything to keep all the water from going all over the bathroom it was a complete swamp! We had to put down towels to keep the water from pouring out the door into the room! 4. Could not open the bathroom door all the way because the wood floor that is also in the bathroom was swollen with a moisture and block the door from opening. 5. The room was so moist that even the bedding was moist and damp. 6. The air conditioning did not control itself we constantly had to adjust it over and over again - and I guess because of the mold in the air that air filter blew the smell of mold into the room also. 7. The continental breakfast was lunch meat and bagels. Nothing to drink except for cucumber water. 6. There was not a phone in the room nor any information on how to call the front desk to order anything or get help. 7. On the website they bragged about their restaurant but it was closed. Apparently it closes on Wednesdays. 8. The toilet was so loud when you flushed it that literally the room shook! It was like a jet engine blowing up in the bathroom!! Really I cannot express to you how loud this toilet was! WORST HOTEL EVER! Save your money!

The aesthetic and location of this hotel were great, and I appreciated the adults only concept, though there was at least one child at the hotel during our stay (perhaps just visiting). However, in the four days we stayed, our room was not cleaned once nor did we get new towels and we had to ask for new toilet paper from a cleaner. We had only one, very small trash can, so we had to use shopping bags to collect our trash. Although we stayed in a beachy location, the floor was never swept, so we constantly dealt with sand and other residue on our feet. The door handle sign inviting cleaners to freshen up was completely ignored, though cleaners were waiting at the door right at check out time. My room key stopped working twice and the problem was never resolved by the staff, so we had to rely on only one key. Furthermore, multiple concierge staff met several members of my party with attitude. When we asked to keep our bags at the concierge desk for a few hours during a room change, we were told to keep them in our car. Finally, to deal with a room change question, I tried calling the hotel several times the day before our check in and the phone was never answered, the voicemail box was full and unable to receive messages, and the option to have staff call us by sending a text was ignored. I would not stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was fine, comfortable enough and in a convenient location close to the airport and varied eating options. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the room layout was a bit awkward, with the face basin positioned right at the entrance and separate from the bathroom. There was no hand soap provided in that area, and the absence of a telephone in the room was quite inconvenient, as it meant making multiple trips to the front desk for things that could have been handled with a simple call. We would have also preferred softer, more comfortable towels as those we had were a bit harsh on our skins. Additionally, there were no elevators, so we had to carry our large suitcases up the stairs ourselves, with no staff available to assist. The staff was acceptable, but not particularly warm or exceptional.
