Rooms are advertised to be cleaned everyday but weren’t. When I approached the clerk at the front desk he told me they do that every two days and Expedia advertised it wrong. But if I wasn’t on top of house keeping they wouldn’t clean the room at all. Also the shower glass needs to be fully closed a not partially open. In the bathroom it’s just shower and toilet so when the water pours into the bathroom it causes a slip hazard. The bathroom is so tiny the sink is by your bed which is another issue I had if you wash your face your splashing water all over the floor and your bed. Nice gym bar to expensive aside from that it was ok. Nothing special and pool way to small 10 people and your stepping on one another.

The hotel was very nice—clean, well maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. However, the location is right off a main road, which made it feel a bit out of place. On the positive side, it did provide easy walkable access to nearby food options. The continental breakfast, unfortunately, was somewhat disappointing.

Many disappointments unfortunately. First I feel there was false advertising on the website regarding the hotel pictures. There is a very nice picture of the beach, which is the first picture you see. However, the hotel is not on the beach. The beach is across a very busy multiple road highway and the beach chairs were not available every day. Second, the room itself was tiny. There was barely enough room to walk around bed and when you did you would hit your lefts on the bed frame. There was no closet and no windows you could see out of. The floor was sandy, bed was very uncomfortable, mold in the bathroom and shower did not stay a consistent temperature. The bar staff did not allow us to borrow any glasses to take to the room. The bathroom by the pool looked like someone had defecated and it has not been cleaned up. Hotel front desk was not able to provide me with a receipt at checkout. Hotel was not accommodating with adjusting the reservation when airlines changed our flight that was out of our control.

Junior suite was a complete waste of money. I believe all the rooms are the same. Should've saved my money and opted for a standard room. No hot water in the shower, breakfast was marginal. Cello wrapped muffins, paper plates and plastic cutlery but signs in the rooms to "save the environment?" There is a restaurant on site and our dinner was excellent.

The hotel is beautiful, comfy and clean. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect. The Panaderia Espana is just down the street with great reasonable food. Didn't give 5 stars due our room not having a closet or anywhere to hang our clothes, it only had 3 small drawers for 2 people. Breakfast was good, but needed another toaster, there was a line to toast items. I liked having coconut to add to my yogurt. It would have been nice to know ahead of time: needed to cross busy highway, on pedestrian walkway with stairs to get to the beach.
