We had issues with the AC unit in the living room which was leaking dirty condensation water all over the sofa and down the wall. We reached out three times without response. We only got a response after contacting VRBO customer service. We also had issues with the access gate in the backyard (which we needed to use to get to the pool) which was locked and there wasn’t a key provided. We spent several hours waiting while the AC technician and lock smith came to make repairs. We asked for a credit for our difficulties but didn’t get any kind of compensation. The contact was rude and non responsive. However, unit was clean, pool lovely (once we were able to gain access) and was conveniently located.
