Whether you're playing games with the kids, working remotely, or kicking back with a coffee and ocean breeze, this family-friendly getaway is designed for relaxing, recharging, and making lasting memories.
The space
This spacious two-story condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. The main living area features an open layout filled with natural light and cozy seating, perfect for relaxing after a beach day. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need — cookware, dinnerware, utensils, an air fryer, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker — whether you're whipping up breakfast or enjoying a home-cooked dinner.

Each of the three bedrooms is air-conditioned and features its own Smart TV:

Third bedroom: Full bed

The living room also has a Smart TV, and the entire apartment is covered by high-speed Wi-Fi. There’s also a dedicated workstation, making Viva La Beach a great option for remote work or extended stays.

Viva La Beach is located in a quiet, residential, gated beachfront community. If you're looking for bars, restaurants, or nightlife within walking distance, this may not be the best fit.

A rental car is strongly recommended for getting around and exploring the area.

Mosquito repellent is recommended when spending time outdoors.
