Menu was fresh, good; parking was close; help with luggage was good; however, the heater did not work, even when they said it would--was loud and noisy and did not adjust temperature so I couldn't sleep, and that's a bummer. They need to update All of the older heaters; is not fair to the guests/clients who can't sleep.

Staff were very courteous and price was moderate for a very high priced area. Breakfast was good, wifi free and streaming tv options were available. Bed was comfortable, except for plastic mattress protector that made me sweat. Shopping and fast food nearby. All positives. But this property is so worn out, with peeling furniture, damaged blinds, lack of plugs, damaged woodwork and scarred paint. It is sadly in need of updates and refreshed. It’s so dilapidated that it’s hard to feel that the room is clean. Housekeeping was limited and spotty service - 2 days no one showed up at all, therefore overflowing wastebaskets and no coffee replacement. It’s a primo location, but not a primo experience.
