We got a wheel chair room with a bathroom that would not work for us. We didn't need the wheel chair room. The front desk provided terrible service. The woman said there were other rooms available but wouldn't switch rooms for us. It was my fault for booking that room. Terrible stay and service.

I went to check in at 10:00pm and they told me they didn't have any rooms available, even though I prepaid and my card was already charged! Completely outrageous and unacceptable! I even called a couple hours before then to verify what their latest check in time was which they told me 2:00 a.m. so they should have told me at that time that they had no more rooms!
