Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location with several shops and restaurants nearby. Complimentary cookies in the afternoon was a nice touch. There was a false fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night during our stay but the staff apologized and compensated us with $50 off our room charge. We’ll stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

We were not given the accessible room we reserved and paid for. The desk clerk checking us in told us it was given to someone else in spite of it being reserved. Desk clerk was not helpful, tried to say that we were called to verify that an accessible room was necessary. When i said i never received a call and asked when they tried to call, she dropped it and wouldn't answer my question. We were told there was nothing to be done, no discount, only Hilton points could be given.

Everything you'd need is within a short walking distance. A gazillion restaurants, groceries, shopping. And a huge mall is a longer walk or extremely short drive. The property is clean and nice and the fitness center is great. I'll come back for sure.

Had trouble with my service dog after already checking in, and they wanted to charge me for fees that they weren’t supposed to. I didn’t like the fact that it seemed all they were concerned about was my dog, money & me wanting to extend my stay. Literally called me in line while trying to get food, had to leave back to the hotel to square everything up. Other staff was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
