The flamingo is a solid, reliable place to stay. It's not fancy, but it is always a quality stay.

Decent place for the price and of course I suppose you are in the middle of the city so easy access to local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Place is a bit old so likely in need of some renovation soon. Still worth it overall.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were a nice touch, and, of course, the coffee maker. Parking was easy and available and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This motel is very convenient to the SAP Center and there are numerous cafes and fast food options close by, as well as a Whole Foods store down the street aways.

Comfortable, non-fancy motel that's a 10 minute walk from the San Jose Diridon train station. Nice staff / owners. Fair number of eating options. The closest are right across the street. If you have dire need of a USB port, there are none in the rooms as far as I could see (although that wasn't important to me). All in all, my 3 night stay was fine. I'd stay there again.

It was a decent for a cheap motel. It was a little loud. I could hear lots of conversations, sometimes hostile, from outside and through the walls. The place was clean enough, but it’s an old and kind of depressing place. I tried to check in a couple hours early but they weren’t having it. Overall it’s fine, and ice seen way worse.
